InRev Enters America with GlobalThoughtz Buyout

January 5th, 2009 (Bangalore, Karnataka, India) – InRev, a Bangalore based Business Intelligence and Web Information start-up, has today announced of buyout of Manoj Jasra and Jody Nimetz promoted blogging portal, Globalthoughtz. The deal is designed to enable the business to build a strong footage on its Open Strategy.

“InRev has big plans in the Web Space” says CEO Bhupendra Khanal. ”We believe that information is the key, and reach is the killer in today’s World. And we aim to get a good reach to all components of Information Users through GlobalThoughtz.”

When asked about his plans for GlobalThoughtz, Bhupendra says “GlobalThoughtz will remain an Information Portal and Blogging site. It will, however be getting a new life with Analytics (exclusive) job portal attached and will also be revamped to include new authors and will cover (non-web) Analytics and Decision Management field too. Rest is for wait and watch.”

The amount of the deal is not disclosed, and is expected to have an equity swap component on it. This deal is looked as a strategic move for InRev as it opens US and Canadian Market for them. The buyout also brings promoters of GlobalThoghtz closer to InRev as both the promoters join company as its Strategy Evangelists.

Manoj Jasra, Ex-Dirctor of Technology of Enquiro Search Solutions, is a well respected Internet marketing professional having been in the industry since 2002. Manoj is currently a Sr. Strategist at one of Canada's largest Telecommunications Companies, Shaw Communications Inc., where he oversees SEO, PPC and Web Analytics strategies. And Jody Nimetz is currently the Director of Organic Solutions at Enquiro Search Solutions Inc. He has been involved in the Search industry since 2003, having worked with many Fortune 500 and Fortune 100 companies.
